The Initial Engagement Period is a flat fee and lasts for 90 days.  This allows for business process selection and Value Stream Creation.

The Support Term is a flat monthly fee and the minimum duration depends upon the Solution Package Required.  This allows the Action Team to help create your road to success and better margins.

A site visit will help define the scope and needed effort which will help us determine the Solution Package required.
