I am currently the Managing Partner with Action Business Consulting LLC.  I have over 30 years experience with Process Improvement programs and projects.  As a Chemical Engineer and Materials Scientist by trade, I honed my skills with 24 years at GE Plastics and GE Healthcare becoming a LEAN Six Sigma Expert.  Throughout my career, I’ve directed and/or implemented hundreds of process improvement projects all with an eye to increase production while lowering costs: primarily in plastic, chemical, service, and industrial manufacturing industries.  Key career programs achieved millions in revenue growth and millions in cost reduction.  Example projects include:

  • >60% cycle time reductions from Kaizens within healthcare equipment business
  • >50% yield improvements from automation of specialty chemicals facility

As a tenured Senior Account Manager, I increased product awareness and profitability; interpreted customer needs based on market demand; advised supply chain to facilitate efficiency in the manufacturing and sales process; collaborated with international customer service to enhance customer satisfaction; and was a vital liaison between the corporate organization and senior management.
